I graduated from Western Career College in Pleasant Hill, CA where I received my foundation in massage therapy. I am a Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC #866) with over 600 hours of training and instruction, and am a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Here are some of the methods and techniques I've learned:
